Explore the world’s largest museum with a specialized tour guide.
The world’s largest museum dedicated to a single civilization: Ancient Egypt. Why spend time searching for each artifact and reading when you can listen to a live explanation from a specialized tour guide who will narrate a historical sequence and tell fascinating stories not written on the exhibits? Be among the first visitors to the museum, after presidents and kings! Our trip is on Wednesday, November 5th, the second day the museum opens to the public.
Meeting point: In front of the ticket office at the gate.
A brief explanation of the entire history of Egypt from thousands of years ago to the present day, followed by a visit to see the obelisk of Ramses II, which hangs in the museum’s open courtyard.
Proceed towards the pyramid-shaped entrance of the museum building, where we will learn about the museum’s history, architectural symbolism, and important facts and figures.
Receipt of the audio guide headphones is mandatory to avoid raising the volume inside the museum. The cost of the headphones is included in the tour price along with the museum entrance ticket.
